1. User’s Acknowledgment and Acceptance

wRestzlers Diner (also known as WD, wRestzlers, “we,” or “us”) provides the WD site and various related services (together referred to as this “site”) subject to your compliance with all terms, conditions, and notices contained or referenced herein (the “Terms and Conditions”), as well as any other written agreement between us (or your company). Additionally, when using particular services or materials on this site, users shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services or materials, which may contain terms and conditions in addition to those in these Terms and Conditions. All such guidelines or rules are hereby incorporated by reference.

a. Agreement to Terms

BY COMPLETING THE REGISTRATION PROCESS AND/OR USING THIS SITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS, PLEASE EXIT THE SITE IMMEDIATELY. WD provides various services on this site, including but not limited to an online file, eBooks, and templates library, as well as content, products, and services related to food, restaurant management, kitchen cooking utensils, and culinary expertise. Fees for the services are set out in the membership and service fees described elsewhere on this site. You are solely responsible for providing, at your own expense, all equipment necessary to use the services, including a computer, Internet access, and any relevant cooking tools or restaurant-related resources required for participation in the offered services.

a. Service Modifications

We reserve the sole right to modify or discontinue the site, including any features, at any time with or without notice to you. Any new features that enhance current services shall also be subject to these Terms.

b. Temporary Interruptions

You understand that temporary interruptions of the services available through this site may occur as normal events. Additionally, we have no control over third-party networks you may access during site use, and delays and disruptions of network transmissions are completely beyond our control.

c. “As-Is” Services

Services available on this site are provided “AS IS”, and we assume no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery, or failure to store any user communications or settings.

5. Conduct on Site

We reserve the right to remove any content violating these Terms without notice. Users violating these provisions may have their accounts terminated.

Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another account or disrupting network security is prohibited and may result in criminal or civil liability.
